Healthier ways, foods with nutrients, herbs and spices

Things to research or just try:    Acupressure or reflexology or
Just a little at start, like if you started exercising, wouldnt go for 50pushups 1st day, work up to goal.
Can find info in books, onilne (Youtube or other vid can be amazing, local library maybe open or have online books, audio...

Washing hands and some guy on news suggested NAILs as well. Do have a few wood/bristle nail brushes bought years ago from 99c stoe. Have been starting to wash glasses at same time, and noticed vision seems better.
Am doing laundry now, as wondered how often to wash pillowcases, hand towels or use papertowels. Were just sticking with hand towels now (son actually washed them).
Am reducing stuff carry in pockets and purse/backoack, so less stuff to sanitize and touch. Guess could spray purse with alcohol, but no stores around here have it. Find which hand and other sanitizer or disinfectants are least toxic, espec if have children. Some have instructions to use in welll ventilated area. Same with cooking, if cold or rainy out and lots of cooking, best if vent so no problem with carbon monoxide. Or electric cooker or heat water and put in thermos....  Recall a serious cold went around 10-15 yrs ago and people who hadnt turned on house heater yet, hadnt got the cold.
Am using some hydrogen peroxide and a tiny bit of alcohol left in a bottle. If make (even nonsew ) masks, rewash daily (maybe only wear 3-4hrs).
Someone said they were using orange blossoms for evening tea, found some (dont collect if pesticide sprays or near a busy road) and were nice. Dont know if healing but smelled so nice. Also saw someone had tea of Marigold, and researched and found Calendulas also nice for tea. Knew help with healing skin quickly (dont use lavender or calendula on skin unless sure not infected as have seen them heal skin quickly, so dont want to heal over infection.) I have Calendula and lavender growing.  Wonder what herbs , spices we have in our cupboards and use on foods that are helpful now.

mentions ACE2 (and cytokine storm), think a protein that sars2 virus attaches to and herbs with different effects. Had read a Dr from Oregon said a ferritin lab could see if patient might have cytokine issues. Wonder if previous SARS people didnt get ill or mild illness?
