Feed ourselves, how heal our selves , covid

How can we ask people who had Covid, what helped, if asymp. then what might have effected, diet ...
WOuld you change your foods if helped stay healthier , feel better, ?

Can people research and do a study that helps us all concerning covid, where many dont get ill, some are asymptamatic, or low symptoms and some severe and some symptoms that last a long time, like Fibromyalgia and CFS that have been mostly ignored by most Dr's.  Would some of you ask those who had it and no symptoms or were hospitalized , if ate/drank highly processed foods, soda... or not. Some could research if genetic and what shores up that part of us. If enviromental, such as live near freeway or industrial waste... and what might mitigate it or effects. Is there webpages of people already doing this info gathering?

CDC has protocols I guess for coronovirus, but we are not all the same. How many have had no meds work (and not have a Dr to find cause of illness), or keep trying for another med...

I was reading info on lactate and how there are lactate supplements for athletes and the body uses it for energy.
Does the body make it?  Sounds like a precurser is pyruvate.

Had read or heard that the Sars2 virus can attach at more than just the ACE2 sites and then another YT vid said a paper on 2 proteins found that prevent the virus from fusion to a cell or some part of a person.
Did see a study from 2009 on sars about a few things that prevent fusion, 1 was lutein.
I have Calendulas growing in the yard (so easy), so just put a few petals in salads or rice or what eating or tea. Remember everything , even if good for us can be overdone. Each person is diff in how
they process foods...

Thymosin found on a Dr's blog while looking up minerals and defic or excess on HR, BP, ...

Platefuls of vitamin C rich foods like dark leafy greens, Brussels sprouts, kiwi fruit, broccoli, berries and tomatoes protect the thymus gland, a vital immune system organ.

MASKS

Effects of wearing N95 and surgical facemasks on heart rate, thermal stress and subjective sensations

Published online 2005 May 26. doi: 10.1007/s00420-004-0584-4

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7087880/    Facemasks are critical components of personal protective equipment (PPE) for healthcare workers, particularly when those workers are dealing with transmitted diseases, such as the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) outbreak that occurred in March 2003. Seto et al. (2003) performed a case study in five Hong Kong hospitals, involving 241 non-infected staff and 13 infected staff who were exposed to 11 patients with SARS, and they concluded that SARS was contagious by droplets.
results from the experiment demonstrate that heart rate, microclimate (temperature, humidity) and subjective ratings were significantly influenced by the wearing of different kinds of facemasks.
The surface temperature outside the facemask was lower, and the temperature in the facemask microclimate was significantly higher, for the N95 masks than for the surgical masks (Fig. 3), indicating that the heat loss from the respiratory tract is more difficult to endure in N95 masks, inducing higher heat stress and perception of discomfort.
It is interesting to note that no significant difference was found between nano-treated and untreated facemasks for physiological measurements and subjective perceptions, even though nano-treated surgical and N95 facemasks were perceived to be slightly less uncomfortable. On the other hand, subjective preferences for the nano-treated surgical masks were significantly higher than those for the untreated surgical facemasks. This indicates that the nano-functional treatment of surgical and N95 facemasks does not have significant negative effects on the thermophysiological responses and subjective perceptions of discomfort.

WHile looking up sulfites (tried some Allthiamine in a tiny amount so opened capsule and put under tongue), it tasted so much of sulfites (also B1 taste of bitter bile like). Found this http://behcets.org/reference/sulfur/sulfursulphidesulphate.html     and

this -  http://behcets.org/reference/symptoms_in_detail.html  guess it might be useful for covid Dr's and nutritionists and dieticians as guy had Behcets and went into remission and had CLEAN arteries...

Eyeglass frames, spinning and butterflies

This is so cool. Make own eye glass frames.

Remember the measurements eye Dr made like distance between pupils...

I still havnt made or bought frames or new lenses yet and trying to make do. Found some lenses only cost 9$ online and 85$ if go to an optometrist (will call around more or keep my readers). Have some good old frames of my Mothers maybe can reuse.
